CPD-Ready Training for Professionals & Teams
ND Directed CIC offers expert-led training for educators, healthcare professionals, and organisations working with neurodivergent individuals.
The InSight ADHD Education and Support Programme is a structured psychoeducation course designed to provide science-backed understanding of ADHD. Used by NHS teams, local mental health providers, and community organisations, this programme delivers evidence-driven knowledge and practical strategies to help individuals navigate ADHD with confidence.
InSight ADHD forms part of our wider work offering ADHD support for parents, ADHD and autism support, and free ADHD support through community referrals.
Delivered across multiple sessions, InSight blends neurological research, behavioral insights, and executive function training into an accessible learning format. Participants explore:
The Foundations of ADHD – Understanding historical perspectives and the social responses to difference.
Neuroscience & Learning – Exploring how ADHD brains function differently and how to work with those strengths.
Emotions & Executive Function – Building strategies for emotional regulation and focus.
Productivity & Motivation – Identifying executive function challenges and effective ADHD-friendly techniques.
External Influences – Examining how sleep, diet, physical activity, and self-care impact ADHD symptoms.
