Meet Michael Leibe
Michael is an accredited executive function coach with ten years’ experience in health and social care. Holding degrees in Criminology and Psychology, he supports adults and children with emotional regulation, low mood, and self-esteem – helping each individual build confidence and resilience.
Having delivered over 300 hours of coaching, Michael also trains organisations across various sectors, particularly within public services. He works closely with the NHS and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and is the creator of the InSight programme, which has supported more than 100 people in the past year through tailored, neurodiversity-informed coaching.
A free first call marks the beginning of a personalised journey – whether that’s one-to-one support, exploring the InSight approach, or receiving guidance on local services.
Meet Kirsty Wright
Kirsty Wright is a coach, facilitator, and communications specialist with lived experience of ADHD. With over 20 years working in community engagement, she brings a deep understanding of how neurodiversity shapes everyday life – from motivation and focus to confidence, energy, and identity, including work with the NHS and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.
Kirsty supports individuals to build strategies that work with their strengths, not against them – offering calm, grounded guidance and practical tools that make sense in the real world. Her approach is human, honest and gently empowering.
A free first call is a chance to talk things through, ask questions, and explore next steps – whether that’s joining InSight, accessing one-to-one support, or being signposted local service.
